The exact age of the restoration is unknown but estimated at 8-10 years young with very few miles. In 2008, shortly after / during the purchase by the current owner from a known Texas Classic Corvette dealer, an engine lifter noise was noted and with an abundance of caution, the entire engine assembly (as noted above & subsequently documented) received a thorough professional rebuild (less than 1k miles).
